Teach64 Coaching Assistant 0.19.0 ONE-TIME SETUP Download the extension for your browser from Teach64 > Live tracking. Extract the ZIP to a permanent folder. In Extensions settings, enable Developer mode, choose Load unpacked and select teach64-chrome or teach64-opera. Pin Teach64 beside your address bar. Your academy owner can help with this once. Web Store installation comes later. Download and extract Teach64 Helper on a Windows 64-bit Intel/AMD computer. Double-click Start Teach64.cmd. First setup prepares student voice recognition automatically and may take several minutes. Keep its window open while teaching. You do not need a pairing code or provider keys. Sign in to Teach64 in the browser you use for teaching. TEACH YOUR CLASS 1. Open your Google Meet and click Teach64 on the meeting tab. 2. Choose your class. Students and the current lesson are included. 3. Confirm participant consent, then press Start class. 4. If asked, allow microphone access. Start continues automatically. 5. Open your supported teaching board as usual. Teach64 connects it to the class. 6. When finished, press End class and open the report. Meeting audio continues when you switch to the board. Teach64 uses your normal microphone; you do not need to select an input device. Only browser meetings are captured. Board tracking needs no audio helper. Raw audio is temporary. PREPARE YOUR REPORT In Live tracking, open the class and choose Students to label voices as a student or Coach. Uncertain voices stay unassigned. Optionally confirm a puzzle student, result and whether help was needed. A shared board alone cannot identify a child. In Report, press Generate report. Review it, make any wording changes and save. Mark it reviewed when ready, then Download PDF. Words and boards stay available separately. Changed evidence requires an update. The PDF includes private coach notes: review it before sharing with families. IF SOMETHING STOPS Open Start Teach64.cmd, sign in and click Check connection in the extension. If the meeting is missing, click Teach64 while on the meeting tab. Failed uploads retry automatically while signed in. Keep the same browser profile until the website shows your class has been saved. Help: https://teach64.com/console/tracking#tracking-install UPDATING End the class. Replace the extracted extension folder and click Reload in Extensions settings. Confirm 0.19.0. Restart Teach64 Helper. Download checksums and sizes are provided in release.json beside these files.
