Class times use your device timezone. Monthly summaries use UTC. Published reports and salary slips preserve their original figures.
One class record, with attendance for every enrolled student.
Choose up to 20 sessions from one module.
For new records, frozen, inactive and completed students can be absent or excused.
Plan sessions from the academy curriculum, Explorer or Challenger.
Use the same students already enrolled in your Teach64 classes.
Record a coach observation. These figures are not automatically synced from Chess.com.
Save a draft, review it, then publish a permanent report. Ratings and remarks are written by the trainer.
Only recorded, non-voided classes with a present or late student count toward teaching time. A group counts once.
Up to 60 dates per request. A half day counts as 0.5. Your academy reviews requests under its own leave policy.
Attach a receipt after saving the request. A claim cannot be approved without an attachment.
PDF, PNG or JPEG. Up to 2 MB per file and five files per request. Files are private to the requester and academy management.
Record salary components under your academy's policy. Publishing shares the slip with the trainer; it does not transfer money.
