Privacy at Teach64

This notice summarizes data the Teach64 application uses to provide academy access. It is not Whop’s privacy notice; Whop describes its own processing in its Privacy Policy.

Adult teaching accounts

Teach64 accounts are for adult academy owners and coaches using the service for teaching. Children do not create accounts. Coaches may use student or group labels to organize teaching without creating student accounts.

Data used by Teach64

Teach64 stores adult account details such as email address, optional name and a password hash; account verification and session tokens are stored as hashes. Academy owners and coaches can provide staff invitation email addresses, academy and membership details, class names and schedules. The workspace can also store coach-entered student labels and bookmark/progress markers. Students do not have accounts or email addresses in the application.

The support form sends your name, reply email, topic, message and, when available, the referring page path to our support inbox through Resend. It does not include page query strings, sign-in tokens or cookies. To limit repeated messages, the server stores a hash of the network address with a request count and expiry for a one-hour limit; it does not store support message content in the application database.

When a purchase is activated, Teach64 stores the purchaser/member email and membership, plan, subscription status and provider identifiers needed to grant and administer academy access. Teach64’s application does not collect payment card details through its own account forms.

How it is used

This information is used to create and secure adult accounts, verify email, invite staff, organize academy teaching, save coach workspace progress, provision licensed access and respond to support requests. Operational messages are delivered through Resend. Checkout uses Whop’s embedded checkout and script; those services may process information under their own notices. Pages load Google Fonts from Google’s font service.

Teach64 also counts four public-site actions: home-page views, sample-page views, plans views and clicks that start checkout. These totals help the Founder understand overall site use and are available only in the authenticated Founder workspace. They count actions, not people: repeat views and clicks are included, actions are not linked across pages, and the totals cannot identify unique visitors or show an individual visitor’s journey. The analytics records contain only the UTC day, action name and count; they do not store an account, visitor, device, IP address, referrer or page query value. To limit abuse, the server briefly uses the network address in an in-memory request limit; this key is not persisted in analytics storage. The app does not use analytics cookies, fingerprints or a third-party analytics service. Confirmed activations are shown as a separate count from existing server-side activation records; a checkout click is not treated as a purchase. The app removes daily analytics totals older than 90 days.

Requests and current limits

For a privacy question or a request about your account information, use the support form or email support@teach64.com and identify the account email and academy. Teach64 has not published a fixed retention schedule, hosting location, or automated account-deletion process. We will review requests individually; this notice does not promise a specific deletion deadline.

Third-party notices

Read Whop’s Privacy Policy for Whop’s own processing, including its checkout services. It does not replace this description of Teach64’s application data. Resend and Google also operate their own services and privacy notices.
