Teach64 terms
These terms describe the Teach64 academy service, cancellation steps and refund rules.
Who provides Teach64
Teach64 is operated by Efhaam Ahsan. For account, service, cancellation or refund requests, use the support form or email support@teach64.com. Teach64 provides academy curriculum access for adult academy owners and coaches.
Plans and checkout
Plan features and prices are shown on the plans page and the final amount and purchase details are presented in Whop checkout. Whop processes checkout. Teach64 receives the membership confirmation and account details needed to provision access.
Access is organized for an academy and its coaches. Students do not receive Teach64 accounts.
Seven-day trial
When Whop checkout explicitly shows the seven-day free trial and $0 due today, a valid card is required at signup. The selected subscription price shown at checkout is charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Monthly plans renew monthly; annual plans renew annually. If checkout shows any amount due today, do not submit it as a free trial; contact support first. To cancel, sign in to Whop, open Profile → Orders, select the subscription and choose Cancel membership. The cancellation path is also described below.
Cancellation requests
To cancel a subscription in Whop, sign in, open Profile → Orders, select the subscription and choose Cancel membership. Whop says this stops automatic renewal and access continues through the current paid period; see its cancellation guide. Teach64 does not currently provide an in-app cancellation control. If you need help, use the support form with the purchasing email address, or email support@teach64.com and include your Whop receipt or membership details. Whop’s Buyer Terms direct buyers to follow the seller’s cancellation instructions and state that the seller’s policy governs.
Refund policy
Except where applicable law requires otherwise or this policy lists an exception, Teach64 subscription payments are non-refundable. This includes unused subscription time, partial billing periods, and charges after a free trial or renewal when you did not cancel before the charge.
We will review refund requests when we confirm:
- a duplicate or incorrect charge;
- a charge taken after your cancellation had taken effect; or
- paid access was not provided because of a Teach64 error and we could not restore access within seven days after you reported it.
Contact us through the support form or email support@teach64.com within 14 days of the charge. Include the purchasing email, receipt or transaction ID, and a short description of the issue. This request window does not limit a longer or separate refund right required by law. If approved, a refund will be sent through Whop to the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank. For unrecognized charges or payment-processing issues, contact Whop support.
Cancel through your Whop account before the next renewal or trial end to stop future charges. Forgetting to cancel does not qualify for a refund. Nothing in this policy limits rights that apply under law or your right to dispute a charge with your bank or payment provider.
